Collectively, the human race has made some pretty amazing discoveries over the years: we know that bats use echolocation to navigate through darkness, we know that light travels at 299,792,458 meters per second, and we know that the surface temperature of Mercury ranges between 183 and 467 degrees Celsius; yet, for some reason, no one can work out why the majority of people are right-handed.
