It’s amazing the way humans conform to the foundations that have been laid before them. Although it may not be an ideal base, we continue building upon the platform as if there’s no alternative. Our ability to recognise and understanding the senses is impressive, but are we using them to their full potential? Surely the human mind is running a distance from full capacity, and the way we’re training it, will never reach full potential. We should really be trying to harness the senses simultaneously. Children should be taught to speak while others are talking. Our brain would eventually learn to express and understand at the same time; twice as much would be achieved. Talking on the phone while driving should be encouraged, loud music ought to be played in libraries, and intravenous therapy should take the place of sit-down meals.
