It’s hard to believe that less than fifty years ago it was impossible to catch cures or treatments. The only thing the human body seemed to contract was illness and disease. My grandson asked me the other day what it was like growing up in the early years of the millennium. He was doing a school project or something; he wasn’t actually interested. I told him that contracting bursts of energy, strength or inspiration wasn’t then possible. The germs in the atmosphere half a century ago all had negative effects on the way we functioned. It wasn’t until scientist focussed their research on releasing airborne antidotes that diseases could be neutralised immediately. The idea went straight over his head; all he wanted to hear about was the original Harry Potter series - The attention span of youth today.
